SQL Database Policy

Hi,

I'm new in SQL administering and I need to draft a policy for my SQL Database to be implemented in my organization. Anybody can help me with the policy. What should I include and not. Or can anybody give me the sample of it.

There are many policies for a sql db. disaster recovery, backup, data retention, user access policies, password policies etc etc etc
